Any sales or purchase invoice, expense, collection, payment or remittance that has been made from MaGest, automatically and without any intervention whatsoever, will generate the associated accounting movements in MaConta, so that the accounting is always balanced and up to date.
Transform the physical invoice into an e-Invoice (specific type of electronic invoice for submission to any Public Administration) and upload it to any General Entry Point, such as FACe or the Local Administration`s website.
MaGest includes the generation of XML files that comply with SEPA regulations in the form of debit of receipts for the collection of customer invoices by means of standards 19-SEPA and 58-SEPA as well as standard 34-SEPA for the payment of invoices to suppliers by means of bank transfers. You will be able to manage the collection of your invoices, at discount or on collection, and automatically import the return files, allocating the return expenses and generating the accounting entries in MaConta in a totally transparent way for you.
If your business sells directly to the public, with the POS module, you can manage collections through a network of "cash registers" (or single window), generating the ticket itself (simplified invoice), so that all the information with the movements is updated in real time with MaGest.
